About Us
For over thirty years, Nina’s Custard has been a family owned and operated restaurant. In April, 1990 Nina’s Custard was opened as a small seasonal hotdog and custard stand by Antoinette “Nina” Scioli and her children, Anthony and Susan. This small stand was operated for ten years, until our present location was built in 2000 at 2577 Millersport Highway, Getzville, New York. The new location offers an expanded menu along with year round indoor seating, and two patios.
Today you can still find Nina’s children, Anthony, Susan, daughter-in-law Mary, and grandchildren operating and serving you the same delicious Sahlen’s Hotdogs and frozen custard. We thank you for all the years of business.

Homemade Ice Cream Cakes
Our Ice Cream Cakes are homemade and can be customized to your taste. We have some of our favorites ready in our display case for your immediate enjoyment. The most common flavors are Turtle, Peanut Butter Cup, M&M, Sprinkles, Cookies n Cream. Custom cakes require 24 hours notice.
